1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the KreatenVibe website or engaging our custom software development and engineering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please contact us prior to initiating project work.

2. Custom Software & Engineering Services

KreatenVibe designs, architectures, and develops custom digital systems, CRM platforms, internal dashboards, and workflow automations. Each client project is executed under an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal defining scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement:

• Client IP: Upon final milestone completion and settlement of invoices, the client retains 100% full ownership of custom source code, databases, design assets, and business logic created specifically for their engagement.
• Pre-existing Tools: Standard open-source libraries, frameworks, or third-party APIs used in development remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

Smooth project delivery relies on timely collaboration. Clients agree to provide necessary workflow requirements, system access credentials, feedback, and milestone approvals within reasonable project timelines.

5. Warranties & Ongoing Support

We stand behind our code. Projects include a post-launch warranty period to resolve any bugs or defects in scope. Ongoing support, maintenance SLAs, and incremental feature development are provided under agreed service plans.
